Working with one of Australia’s most iconic brands, PLAY was tasked with developing an experience strategy to encompass all experience touch points and included the launch of the Essential Tour.
Our overall strategy centered around instilling the grandeur of the SOH across all experience touch points. Step 1 involved an extensive research phase and gaining stakeholder approval before the strategy could be brought to life.
PLAY developed and implemented a unifying experience strategy, ensuring every consumer experience with SOH lived up to the huge audience expectations, which culminated in the Essential Tour launch.
